Planning Drawings 
& EPC

We will work with you to produce your concept drawings for Planning Submission and work with you through this process. 

Every new build home requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), we are qualified assessors for new build and will produce your EPC.

Timber Frame & Passivhaus Standard

The whole structure (walls, floors and roof) can be provided on a supply only, or supply and intall basis.

Roof Truss & Floor Joist 
Supply 

Floor joists and/or trusses can be supplied for your project. Even if you are not building with timber frame, we can supply these items for masonry builds.
