Every new build home requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This is a mandatory document showing a new home's energy efficiency (A-G rating) and projected running costs. It's required for sale or let, and is generated via SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculations after construction, detailing features like insulation, heating, and suggesting improvements to help buyers/tenants understand energy use and potential savings. We are qualified assessors, with this knowledge we will help guide you with decisions during the initial planning stage. Even if we have not been involved with your project we can still provide your EPC for your new build.
